Why Roman Urdu?
Manhwa, the immensely popular Korean comic format, has built a massive global fanbase — but for many students and young readers in Urdu-speaking regions, reading fluently in English can be a real obstacle. Atechabad bridges that gap by dubbing and translating Manhwa into Roman Urdu, the everyday script that most young people already read and write comfortably on their phones.
The goal is simple: make reading fun, accessible, and native. Instead of struggling through unfamiliar English vocabulary, readers can enjoy their favorite stories in a language that feels like home.
Encouraging a Reading Culture
Atechabad isn't just about entertainment — it's about building a habit of reading among students and youth who might otherwise be discouraged by language barriers. By removing that friction, the platform hopes to turn casual scrollers into dedicated readers.
Expanding Beyond Manhwa
While Manhwa is the starting point, Atechabad's vision doesn't stop there. The platform plans to expand its library to include Webtoons, Manhua, and Manga as well — giving readers a wider range of Roman Urdu translated content to enjoy from across the world's biggest comic traditions.
On-Demand Translations
One of Atechabad's standout features will be its on-demand request system. Signed-in users will be able to fill out a simple form and request a specific Manhwa they'd like to see translated. The Atechabad team will review these requests and pick titles for translation according to their production schedule, giving the community a direct say in what gets converted into Roman Urdu next.

Atechabad is gap ko khatam karta hai, Manhwa ko Roman Urdu mein dub aur translate kar ke — wohi script jo young readers apne phone par rozana parhtay aur likhtay hain.
